Easy Black & White Romper.

As I’ve started prepping and planning for my trip to Thailand I’ve realized that my warm weather wardrobe is pretty minimal thanks to San Francisco’s cool weather year round which means I’ve been doing a little shopping for easy pieces to stay comfortable in the expected heat & humidity. This will be my first ever trip just traveling with a backpack vs. a full suitcase so I’ve been on the hunt or pieces that can be easily packed and take up minimal space – enter the romper.

Rompers are basically packing gold since you’re able to get a full outfit out of just one piece and this comfortable black & white option from Splendid is one of my favorite recent finds. The shoulder tie detail and geometric pattern make it easy to dress up or down while the fabric is so soft and comfortable. I’m planning on wearing it both as a bathing suit cover-up for beach days and as an option for going out at night with just a change of shoes and a few accessories added (like my favorite BaubleBar drop earrings!)
